Wisconsin Senate Candidate Eric Hovde Stops at Loopy’s Grill on Bus Tour

Eric Hovde, the Republican challenger in Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate race, made a campaign stop in Chippewa County as part of his statewide bus tour in the final stretch before the election.

Hovde met with voters at Loopy’s Grill & Saloon on Sunday, discussing issues like the economy and immigration.

He emphasized the importance of voter turnout, urging supporters to vote and encourage others to do the same.

Addressing his campaign’s ads, Hovde expressed a preference for straightforward debates between candidates, saying, I wish our campaigns wouldn’t be handled this way.

He believes campaigns should focus on direct debates across the state.

Incumbent Senator Tammy Baldwin also visited Eau Claire on Saturday, encouraging voter participation as both candidates ramp up their efforts in the final days of the campaign.
