Senator Sarah Keyeski Sworn in as New Representative for Wisconsin’s 14th Senate District

Senator Sarah Keyeski D-Lodi was officially sworn in as the state senator for Wisconsin’s 14th Senate District on Monday. The district spans all of Richland and Sauk counties and parts of Adams, Columbia, Dane, Juneau, and Vernon counties.

In a statement, Keyeski expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve, emphasizing the responsibility and privilege of representing the district in the State Capitol.

She committed to uplifting each community within her district and highlighted key issues from her campaign, such as rural community support, mental health services, public education, and affordable childcare.

Keyeski was appointed as the ranking Democrat on the Senate Committee on Mental Health, Substance Abuse Prevention, and Children & Families, and will also serve on the Agriculture & Revenue and Education Committees.

She expressed her commitment to working collaboratively across party lines and advocating for bipartisan solutions to address the region’s challenges during the 2025-26 legislative session.

A licensed professional counselor for 25 years, Keyeski is the founder of the local nonprofit “Lift Lodi.” She resides in Lodi, Wisconsin, with her spouse and six children.
