Michelle Christine Zabriskie, 41, of Derry died unexpectedly March 27, 2015 at her home.
She was born on Oct. 5, 1973 in Woburn, Mass., the daughter of Girard and Judith Fortin.
She was active on the Board of the Derry Demons Football Program. Her favorite place was Walt Disney World, where the family vacationed on many occasions.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Michael H. Zabriskie; one daughter, Ashley, and four sons, Michael, Jack, Daniel, and Luke, all of Derry; her parents, Girard and Judy Fortin of Burlington, Mass,; two half-brothers, Craig Massie of Los Angeles, Calif., and Chris Massie of Windham; their parents, Rob and Jan Massie; a brother-in-law, Daniel Zabriskie of Northampton, Mass.; a sister-in-law, Linda Zabriskie of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and her mother-in-law, Irene Zabriskie of Queensbury, N.Y.
Following cremation, memorial calling hours were March 31 in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Derry. A Liturgy of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday, April 1, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church, corner of Mammoth and South Roads, Londonderry. Burial will be at a later date.
