Lee County Road Rage Incident Leads to Arrest of William Jackson Hood

A road rage incident in Lee County, Georgia, resulted in the arrest of William Jackson Hood after he rammed his silver Toyota Scion into another vehicle, causing significant damage.

The incident occurred on January 30 around 2 p.m. when deputies were called to US 19 south. Hood was later located and arrested in the 200 block of US 19 north. He faces charges of aggravated assault.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office advises drivers to stay calm, practice defensive driving, and avoid engaging with aggressive drivers. In case of escalating situations, authorities recommend contacting law enforcement.
