2. Chrishawn M Quailes-Baskerville (Age: 18):
Chrishawn M Quailes-Baskerville faces charges for firearm offenses committed in both 2023 and 2024. He stands at 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. The last sighting of Quailes-Baskerville was in Harrisburg.
3. Fredrick J. Frank (Age: 50):
