Former NFL Star Jay Cutler Arrested in Tennessee on DUI and Gun Charges

Former NFL quarterback and Indiana native Jay Cutler was arrested in Franklin, Tennessee, on Thursday evening on multiple charges, including DUI and gun possession.

Cutler, known for his time with the Chicago Bears and his marriage to reality star Kristin Cavallari, faces four charges: driving under the influence, possessing a firearm while intoxicated, failure to exercise due care, and implied consent.

Cutler was drafted 11th overall in the 2006 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos and had a 12-year career, spending most of it with the Bears.

He also played for the Miami Dolphins and attended Vanderbilt University. He was released from Williamson County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond. Further details surrounding his arrest have not been released.
