One team from Pinkerton Academy will move on to global finals competition in Destination Imagination (DI) in Knoxville, Tenn., May 25-28. The technical team titled “How Many Dragons Have You Fought” finished second in the Pace of Change challenge at the state competition Saturday at Nashua North High School.
Sara Dompolo of Litchfield calmly discussed her daily and weekly schedule. She attends Next Charter School as a senior, and works part time at a day care and part time in a nursing home. “Oh, and I go to college,” she added, almost as an afterthought. Dompolo is a member of Next’s first class of
