Kinney was a rising senior at Lowell Technical High School and a football player, and was described by friends as “the life of the party.” His sister Tayla Leigh Kinney wrote on a Go-Fund-Me page set up by his family that he loved boxing, sports and most of all, family.
“His positive vibe would move mountains,” she wrote.
The Go-Fund-Me page was set up by his family to help with funeral expenses, and has raised more than $16,000.
The Attorney General’s office has said there is no danger to the public.
